Cassmer Ward (CPA), Consulting Partner at Nexagy, Inc, has 15+ years experience as a Financial Executive and Business Leader. With expertise in operational analysis, strategic development/implementation, and entrepreneurship, Cassmer continues to identify and address the critical success factors affecting companies varying in size across many industries.
Cassmer’s refined background as a Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, in companies varying in size and industry, has provided companies, in the start-up phase thru those with 20 years of operations objective insight to what key drivers affect the organization, including:

Kathy Willis
Kathy Willis has practiced in both public and private accounting. She has more than 30 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer where she was leading all the financial and accounting management activities. She also served in a senior management role as an essential member of the Executive Committee and an advisor to the Board of Directors. In addition to financial reporting and analysis, Kathy has a strong background in the areas of budgeting, business and operational planning, warehouse and inventory management, treasury management, debt financing and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and other functional areas that include human resources and IT management.
Kathy’s qualifications also include developing and implementing financial controls and processes, in addition to productivity improvements and change management. She possesses solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all levels of staff and management.
Kathy is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She completed a four week management course through the America Management Association. Kathy also served two terms on the Board of Director’s for the National Association of Hosiery Management.
