Kathy Willis
Kathy Willis has practiced in both public and private accounting. She has more than 30 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer where she was leading all the financial and accounting management activities. She also served in a senior management role as an essential member of the Executive Committee and an advisor to the Board of Directors. In addition to financial reporting and analysis, Kathy has a strong background in the areas of budgeting, business and operational planning, warehouse and inventory management, treasury management, debt financing and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and other functional areas that include human resources and IT management.
Kathy’s qualifications also include developing and implementing financial controls and processes, in addition to productivity improvements and change management. She possesses solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all levels of staff and management.
Kathy is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She completed a four week management course through the America Management Association. Kathy also served two terms on the Board of Director’s for the National Association of Hosiery Management.

Robert Aldrich
Following this, Robert joined larger companies doing the same service for 4 years and is currently working with Nexagy as Senior Controller continuing to fuel that passion of helping early/growth stage entrepreneurs navigate the accounting challenges they face. His specialties are around managing client’s bookkeepers and working with owners on Reporting, Budgeting, Cash Flow, and KPI management.
Robert is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree in Accounting, and from Queens University with a Masters of Business Administration.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and riding his motorcycle.

Elizabeth brings over 20 years of experience as a successful real estate agent, which has provided her with a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, financial operations, and cash flow management. Her background gives her a practical, business-owner perspective and a deep understanding of the operational challenges faced by growing companies. She is known for her ability to build structure, improve workflows, and support teams in delivering consistent and effective service.
Elizabeth is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Finance. After more than two decades in real estate, she transitioned to Nexagy to achieve a better work–family balance while continuing to apply her financial and operational expertise. Elizabeth enjoys helping entrepreneurs better understand the numbers behind their business and is passionate about creating strong operational foundations that support long-term success.
